What You Will Need:
1 Package Anduille Sausage, sliced and browned
1 Onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups Rice (uncooked)
1 tsp Saffron
14 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 Box Chicken Broth
1 Cup Frozen Peas
1 lb Cooked Shrimp
How To Prepare:
Saute: sausage and onion for 3-4 minutes. Add in the minced garlic and rice.
Stir in: saffron, tomatoes, chicken broth and salt and pepper.
Cover and Simmer for 20-25 minutes
Stir in: peas and shrimp. Cook until peas and shrim are warm
Tip: if using frozen or uncooked shrimp, cook first and set aside

Super Broccoli Salad
That's right! You heard me! Broccoli Salad!!!!
What You Will Need:
1 Bag Fresh Broccoli Florets, chopped
1 Cup /Dried Golden Berry Blend
1 Cup Dry Toasted Slivered Almonds
1/4 Cup Red Onion, chopped
Dressing:
2 Tbsp. of each of these:
Honey, Mayo, Cider Vinegar and Olive Oil
How To Prepare:
In a large bowl, mix together mayo and honey. Add vinegar and olive oil and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Toss in broccoli, almonds, fruit and onions. Mix, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, thats when it becomes its best!!

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
Pepper (To Taste)
How To Prepare:
Season Turkey with pepper and garlic powder. Brush both sides with Island Soyaki and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees or until done.

Sharons Fantastic Fig Appetizer
This is my personal favorite! Its a messy process, but sooooo worth it!!
What You Will Need:
1 Package Fresh Figs
1 Bag Sliced Onions
1 Goat Cheese Log
1 Container Honey
Butter
1 Baguette
How To Prepare:
Cut up Figs and set aside. Throw onions into skillet and saute in butter. Add the sliced figs. After reducing fig and onion mixture, drizzle honey to caramelize. Now take baguette and cut into slices. Spread a small amount of goat cheese on each slice and top with fig mixture. I promise it will be a hit!

Spread an even coating of red pepper spread on the flatbread. Top with desired amount of goat cheese or feta and place in oven, at 350, until hot and bubbling. Slice and top with micro greens after removed from oven.

1 Package Proscuitto Slices (6-7 slices)

How to Prepare:
Follow the instructions on the package of pizza dough, as far as rolling out and preheating oven. Lightly coat top of dough (rolled into a square) with pesto. Dont use too much pesto it will get soggy. Cut proscuitto into 1/2 inch wide strips and place onto dough. Cut dough (with pesto and proscuitto) into strips so that there is a long piece of proscuitto on each strip. Roll and twist each strip two to three times and place onto a baking sheet or baking stone. Lightly brush with olive oil and bake until golden brown

Lisa's Famous Caprese Appetizer
This is an amazing "finger-food" appetizer that is sure to wow your guests
What You Will Need:
1 container Ciliegine Mozzarella Balls
1 container Fresh Basil
1 package mini pearl tomatoes (or, if in season, mini heirloom tomatoes)
1 baguette (thinly sliced)
1 jar Tuscan Italian Dressing
Lemon Pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Take fresh baguette and slice thinly (but not too thin you want it to be sturdy). Drain ciligine and slice each ball in half. Rinse tomatoes and slice each tomato in half. Take Tuscan dressing and pour a thin layer on a plate. Take baguette slices and place into sauce on plate to coat one side. Take a basil leaf and place on top of bread, dressing side up. Place mozzarella and tomato on top of basil leaf and skewer with a tooth pick. Repeat this process for all slices of bread. Gring some lemon pepper over the top and Voila! Its as easy as that!

Avocado for garnish
How To Prepare:

Cook meat in skillet until cooked through. Drain. Mix in all ingredients in skillet on medium heat until heated through. For a little extra zest, season with black pepper, garlic powder, lemon pepper and TJ's 21 seasoning salute

Place slices in buttered baking pan, cut up bits of butter on top and back at 400 degrees for approximately 35 minutes ro until egg is cooked through and toasty brown.
Tip: Serve with a drizzle of warm maple syrup and powdered sugar or maybe some fresh fruit and whipped cream!

BBQ Chicken Pasta (by a customer)
What You Will Need:
1 Lb bag of Penne Pasta
1.25 Cup of TJs Tuscano Marinara Sauce or Arribiata Sauce
1.25 Cup Kansas City BBQ Sauce
1 Small Onion Diced
1 Large Clove of Garlic Diced
1 Jalapeño Diced (optional)
1 Cup Shredded Carrot
2 Large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast browned and diced.
1/3 cup Cilantro Diced (garnish)
1/4 Cup Sour Cream (garnish)
Salt and Pepper to taste if desired
How To Prepare:
You can Substitute two bags of Trader Joes Frozen Penne Arabiata in place of the Pasta and Sauce
Pre-Cook dried pasta 3/4 of the way done drain and add pasta sauce and BBQ sauce and stir to combine. If using frozen TJ's pasta, place into large hot skillet or pot and when starting to thaw, add BBQ sauce and stir to combine.
Add all veggies except the Carrots to the pan and stir to combine. Add Chicken and stir to combine.
If a little dry you can add a little water or more pasta or BBQ Sauce to taste and stir to combine. Check seasoning for Salt and Pepper and adjust if needed.
Once completed move to serving dish and garnish the top with Cilantro and Sour Cream in the center.
Additional Notes:
You can add more veggies or Legumes if you want like Red and Yellow Peppers, Corn, Black beans, Peas... Stay away from veggies that overcook easily. They are better served on the side, like Broccoli, Zucchini, Asparagus...
You can remove the Chicken and replace with Grilled or seared, Crimini or Button Mushrooms, extra Firm Tofu or mock Chicken strips.

Additional Notes:
You can add more veggies or Legumes if you want like Red and Yellow Peppers, Corn, Black beans, Peas... Stay away from veggies that overcook easily. They are better served on the side, like Broccoli, Zucchini, Asparagus...
You can remove the Chicken and replace with Grilled or seared, Crimini or Button Mushrooms, extra Firm Tofu or mock Chicken strips.

Mexicana Potatoes
What You Will Need:
2 Bags Fingerling Potatoes
1 Can Diced Green Chiles
1 Cup Mexican Shredded Cheese
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Butter
How To Prepare:
Microwave Potatoes per directions on the package and mash. Add cream, butter and chiles. Fold in 1 cup of cheese. Place in microwave safe dish and sprinkle with cheese. Heat up for 1 minute in the microwave and enjoy!

1 1/2 cup Penne Pasta
1 Tub Marinated Fresh Mozzarella
2 tsp minced garlic
1 Can Whole Tomatoes w/ Basil (you will need to chop the tomatoes)
8 large fresh Basil leaves, coarsely chopped
1 Package Quattro Formaggio Shredded Cheese
How To Prepare:
Cook pasta as constructed. In a large skillet, heat oil from the tub of marinated mozzarella, add garlic and saute for a couple of minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and saute until heated through. Add cooked pasta, mozzarella and basil. Toss to coat. Top with Quattro Formaggio cheese and Bon Appetite!!

1 bag Lite Mexican Blend
Organic Tortilla Chips (crushed into small pieces)
How To Prepare:
In a large salad bowl, mix lettuce, chicken, olives, pepitas and 2/3 bottle of salad dressing. Add avocado. Top with shredded cheese and crumbled tortilla chips. Toss and Serve!

1 Jar Trader Joe's Kansas City Style BBQ Sauce

Place entire container of Fresh Bruschetta, chicken and cheese in a bowl. Add pasta to bowl and toss. Can be served hot or cold. If you are feeling daring you can make a balsamic glaze to drizzle over the entire dish ;)
To make balsamic glaze: 1 tbsp sugar and 1 cup balsamic vinegar. Place ingredients in saute pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until it reaches a syrupy consitancy. Just drizzle and serve! Its amazing on chicken, beef, even ice cream!
