Crunchy French Toast

A fun spin on a favorite breakfast!!!!

What You Will Need:

1 Loaf Challah Bread (sliced 1" thick)
3 Eggs
1 Cup Fat Free Vanilla Half and Half
Super Nutty Toffee Crunch Cereal (crushed)

How To Prepare:

Whip eggs and half & half together in a large bowl. Place cereal on a large place. Dip bread slices in egg mixture, then coat with crushed cereal. Place slices in buttered baking pan, cut up bits of butter on top and back at 400 degrees for approximately 35 minutes ro until egg is cooked through and toasty brown.

Tip: Serve with a drizzle of warm maple syrup and powdered sugar or maybe some fresh fruit and whipped cream!
