Mexicana Potatoes

What You Will Need:

2 Bags Fingerling Potatoes
1 Can Diced Green Chiles
1 Cup Mexican Shredded Cheese
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Butter

How To Prepare:

Microwave Potatoes per directions on the package and mash. Add cream, butter and chiles. Fold in 1 cup of cheese. Place in microwave safe dish and sprinkle with cheese. Heat up for 1 minute in the microwave and enjoy!
