Paella

What You Will Need:

1 Package Anduille Sausage, sliced and browned
1 Onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups Rice (uncooked)
1 tsp Saffron
14 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 Box Chicken Broth
1 Cup Frozen Peas
1 lb Cooked Shrimp

How To Prepare:
Saute: sausage and onion for 3-4 minutes. Add in the minced garlic and rice.
Stir in: saffron, tomatoes, chicken broth and salt and pepper.
Cover and Simmer for 20-25 minutes
Stir in: peas and shrimp. Cook until peas and shrim are warm

Tip: if using frozen or uncooked shrimp, cook first and set aside
