What You Will Need:
1 Package frozen Mandarin Chicken
1 Package frozen Melange a Trois (bell pepper mixture)
1 Red Onion (sliced any way you like)
1 Package Stir-Fry Veggies (can be fresh or frozen)
Garlic
TJ's Sesame Oil
TJ's Brown Rice
How To Prepare:
Cook Chicken in oven as stated on packaging. Take frozen peppers, onions and stir-fry vegetables and saute in 2 tbls sesame oil (preferably in a wok). Add garlic. Add the sauce packet from the Mandarin Chicken to vegetable mixture. After the vegetables are fully cooked, add cooked chicken and pour entire mixture over brown rice.
