What You Will Need:
1 Bag Penne Pasta
1 Red Bell Pepper
Basil (to taste: fresh or dried)
1 Can Artichoke Hearts
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
How To Prepare:
Heat oil and garlic in skillet. Add chopped red pepper, artichoke hearts, and basil and saute. Add tomato sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add heavy cream and simmer until heated through. Pour over cooked pasta. Garnish with a little parmesan cheese if that tickels your fancy!
